We’re looking for a curious, self-starting candidate with strong project management skills. The candidate will work closely with our CRM Manager in planning, launching, and reporting on the various multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities of our CRM SPECIALIST:  

  • Develop and manage CRM marketing programs; from lead generation to customer retention.
  • Map and design the Customer Journey; recommending touchpoints to drive desired customer behaviors and company revenue.
  • Launch automated journeys and communication triggers
  • Work with creative teams to constantly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing messages and creative
  • Create campaigns that leverage personalized content
  • Work closely with analytics to understand consumer segmentation / behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate and present marketing results monthly, or perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.

The ideal background of our CRM SPECIALIST:

  • 3 years of experience in CRM/Email marketing
  • Experience planning and launching lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience with segmentation based on customer behavior

  • Provide creative directions and mood boards for internal and external design mandates;
  • Design mockups, wireframes and prototypes;

The ideal background of our MARKETING ANALYST

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, business, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline
  • 2 years of experience in an analytics role
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other tools
  • Experience building dashboards
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable recommendations to achieve business goals
  • 2 years of SQL experience
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, functions and geographies with high autonomy and little guidance
  • Can-do attitude, with a passion for technology and building solutions
