BDG is seeking a full-time CRM/E-Mail Marketing Specialist to help us create highly impactful campaigns. We’re looking for a Specialist that can dig into the data, segment behaviors and execute strategies to deliver personalized touchpoints. The ideal candidate pays close attention to details but thinks strategically. If you’re someone who is passionate about improving customer experience, this role could be for you.

We’re looking for a curious, self-starting candidate with strong project management skills. The candidate will work closely with our CRM Manager in planning, launching, and reporting on the various multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities of our CRM SPECIALIST:  

  • Develop and manage CRM marketing programs; from lead generation to customer retention.
  • Map and design the Customer Journey; recommending touchpoints to drive desired customer behaviors and company revenue.
  • Launch automated journeys and communication triggers
  • Work with creative teams to constantly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing messages and creative
  • Create campaigns that leverage personalized content
  • Work closely with analytics to understand consumer segmentation / behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate and present marketing results monthly, or perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.

The ideal background of our CRM SPECIALIST:

  • 3 years of experience in CRM/Email marketing
  • Experience planning and launching lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience with segmentation based on customer behavior
  • Experience with campaign planning and execution
  • Experience with Marketing clouds (Adobe and Salesforce are an asset)
  • HTML knowledge
  • Bilingual (EN / FR)

  • Determine, build and manage the best digital media outlet mix for promotional strategies to maximize ROAS
  • Perform thorough data analysis to optimize campaign performance 
  • Ensure a cohesive advertising message across all campaigns
  • Work alongside the creative teams in preparing the right campaign messaging
  • Stay a subject matter specialist by constantly keeping yourself informed of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Generate detailed campaign performance reports, provide actionable insights and interpretations of the results to deliver value and growth to our clients
  • Present paid media campaigns strategies and results to clients

 

The ideal background of the candidate 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in media planning and 360 digital campaign implementation
  • Extensive knowledge of website analytics tools as Google Analytics
  • Expertise in social media paid campaigns
  • Experience working with Programmatic buying platform
  • A data-driven approach to business strategies
  • Excellent Excel capabilities and interest in statistics 
  • Solid presentation skills, for the presentation of strategy and reports to clients
  • Google Adwords Certification, Facebook Blueprint, DoubleClick Bid Manager are assets

We’re currently seeking a full-time Content Writer to help us create stellar content for our clients. This role is for you if you’re a highly creative person who thrives on tight deadlines. As the Content Writer, you’ll be using several different brand voices in one day, working on clients in travel, tech, fashion and more.

The candidate will report into our Content Manager; creating content for blogs, social media channels, websites, ad campaigns, and more.

 

Responsibilities of our Content Writer

  • Produce original, clear and credible content for blogs, social channels, e-mail marketing, websites and more
  • Aid in the development of brand narratives
  • Help in the execution of social media campaigns and day-to-day management
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness
  • Play a key role in content planning for our clients.
  • Research client industries, their competitors and their target audience

The ideal background of our Content Writer  

  • A degree in journalism, communications or a related field
  • A diverse writing portfolio
  • Experience writing for the digital audience
  • Experience working with hootsuite, WordPress, and Hubspot an asset,
  • Bilingual (EN / FR)
